RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This Returns and Exchanges Policy outlines your options for canceling a contract, returning a purchase, and your rights to a refund or exchange.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation within 14 days from the day you—or a person you nominate (excluding the carrier)—receives physical possession of the products in your order.

If you are a customer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, this is considered your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your cancellation request before the withdrawal period expires.

To cancel the contract and return your product(s), please contact our Client Relations Center and follow the provided instructions.

RETURN PROCESS

Products purchased through the Sales Channels may only be returned to our BRILLI GOLDINI e-boutique distribution center at the Returns Department address, as provided in our FAQs section or by contacting our Client Relations Center. If available, returns may also be made to selected BRILLI GOLDINI retail boutiques, in accordance with these Conditions of Sale.

Products purchased in BRILLI GOLDINI retail boutiques may NOT be returned to our e-boutique distribution center.

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact the Client Relations Center to initiate a return request.
  • Choose either:
    (a) Our pick-up service, agreeing on a collection date with our logistics partner; or
    (b) Drop-off service at an approved logistics partner’s network location within the return period.
  • You may be required to provide product details for an initial assessment of its condition.
  • The Client Relations Center will send you a return form via email or request you to complete the return form included in your package.
  • Fill out and sign the return form.
  • Include the completed return form, the product, all accessories, any free items from the order, the Service Guide, the warranty card, and all original documents in the original packaging.
  • Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid airway bill.
  • For pick-up service, our logistics partner will collect the package on the agreed date. For drop-off service, deliver the package to the designated logistics partner’s location.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not provide free return shipping unless otherwise specified.

You must retain proof of return shipment, as we assume no liability if such proof cannot be provided. Only merchandise received by our e-boutique distribution center is eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you choose to return the product using a different logistics provider, the risk of loss or damage during transit remains with you until the product is in our possession.

Depending on availability, you may also be able to return the product to a BRILLI GOLDINI retail boutique in the country where it was delivered. For further details, please refer to our FAQs section or contact the Client Relations Center.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

We will assess all returned products to ensure they comply with our Returns and Exchanges Policy before processing any refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in a new and unused condition, in perfect state, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers intact (if applicable). The original packaging, including the BRILLI GOLDINI box and delivery package, as well as all accessories and documents, must be included in the return. For example, watch bracelets adjusted at your request must be returned with the exact same number of links as originally delivered.

We reserve the right to reject returns if a product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition. Alternatively, we may reduce the refund or exchange value accordingly.

Any free items received as part of your order must also be returned.

All returned products undergo Quality Control (QC) to verify compliance with our return requirements. If a product fails QC inspection, the return will be refused, and the item will be sent back to you. If the product meets QC standards, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will result in the rejection of the return, and the product will be sent back to you at your own cost.

PRODUCTS YOU CANNOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Orders for personalized products or items made with bespoke specifications cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, products that have been engraved or embossed.

Writing instruments that have been filled with ink, as well as opened bottles and refills, are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

You may return a product purchased through the Sales Channels for a refund, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, including the Right to Cancel and Return Process sections above.

Refunds are only issued to the original buyer. A Gift Recipient (a person who received the product as a gift) is not eligible for a refund. If you are a Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact the Client Relations Center to explore your options.

If the return meets the Conditions of Sale, we will make reasonable efforts to process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase within thirty (30) days after receiving the returned item at the BRILLI GOLDINI e-boutique distribution center. Initial shipping fees (if applicable) will be refunded, except in cases where a non-standard delivery option was selected, in which case additional costs will be non-refundable.

If you return a product purchased through the Sales Channels to a participating BRILLI GOLDINI retail boutique (please refer to our FAQs section or contact the Client Relations Center for details on participating locations), the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

You may return a product purchased through the Sales Channels for an exchange with another BRILLI GOLDINI product, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, including the Right to Cancel and Return Process sections above.

In all cases, the sale of the returned product will be canceled, and a new order must be placed for the exchanged product.

If a product is returned to the BRILLI GOLDINI e-boutique distribution center for exchange with a less expensive product, only the original buyer is entitled to receive a refund of the price difference.

If a product is returned for exchange to a participating BRILLI GOLDINI retail boutique (please refer to our FAQs section or contact the Client Relations Center for details on participating locations) with a less expensive product, the price difference will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase.
